Undermining Elections

Florida.  Texas.  Colorada.  California.  The Republicans have used four separate approaches to undermine democracy in the last three years.  (Five if you believe in the conspiracy theory that Wellstone's plane was sabotaged).  Something tells me they've got a bag of other election-busting strategies they haven't revealed yet.

Imagine that a Democrat leads Bush in the Presidential election next fall.  Imagine that Democratic candidates look to pick up significant gains in the House or Senate.  What strategies will the Republicans use to nullify the vote?  We better think about it now so we can approach it proactively rather than reactively.
